HairMax MD Reviews

HairMax MD is not like Rogaine or prescription hair loss treatment. This formula is presented as an infusion of natural ingredients that fortifies the hair on a daily basis. HairMax MD focus is entirely on vitamins, minerals, and natural botanicals, claiming to provide a multi-directional twice daily massage technology.

With most brands putting all of their focus on harsher approaches such as the FDA approved minoxidil (which is found in Rogaine), HairMax MD faces stiff competition. At the very least, it makes you wonder if these so called “botanicals” stimulate hair growth at all. Let’s take a look though and see if HairMax MD has a clinically proven hair growth blend.

HairMax MD’s Natural Botanicals

HairMax MD uses a blend of completely natural ingredients that are generally used to nourish healthy skin. Ingredients like aloe vera and tea tree oil fight bacteria while simultaneously healing the skin (and strengthening the hair). HairMax MD provides essential vitamins and minerals such as biotin, which also enhances hair strength.

Based on the ingredients, HairMax MD does not have irritants that might cause redness, itching, and further hair loss. However, the idea is to regrow lost hair.

Do the Ingredients in HairMax MD Increase Hair Growth?

HairMax MD uses ingredients that nourish the hair. If done correctly, this kind of approach could replenish fragile hair that breaks off too easily. However, ingredients like aloe vera, citrus oil, and tea tree oil do not actually help you to grow more hair.

Again and again, we see ingredients in HairMax MD that can replenish and repair damaged hair, but no hair growth supplements.

What Other Ingredients Should HairMax MD Have?

HairMax MD has the start of a formula for healthier hair. However, it is missing a few key pieces. There are quite a few over the counter supplements that already use something called minoxidil, the active ingredient in Rogaine. This ingredient stimulates the scalp, doing the job. The problem for some people is that it can also cause redness, itchiness, and irritation.

This is why some hair loss products use an ingredient called grape seed oil instead. Grape seed oil is completely natural and filled with vitamins and antioxidants. However, people generally use grape seed oil because scientists have compared this ingredient to minoxidil without the side effects.

The makers of HairMax MD could also add in ingredients such as horsetail, which is especially good for the hair, but you don’t necessarily need that much more. All that HairMax MD needs to add is grape seed oil for a completely natural hair growth effect.
